Late Friday 27th March 2020, the DfE published guidance for schools and colleges to support them keeping children safe, including online, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Late Friday 27th March 2020, the DfE published guidance for schools and colleges to support them keeping children safe, including online, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Given the importance of this guidance, Martin Haskayne, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) has created the following COVID-19 annex/addendum that summaries current COVID-19 changes.
This annex/addendum incorporates the Government's latest advice on Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and COVID-19 safeguarding guidance when compared to ‘normal’ business.
This is annex/addendum is to be read in conjunction with the Trust’s full safeguarding policy and will remain under review as required by further Government policy/updates.
