We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Lead to work as part of our school Trust. Pastoral Leads play a key role within the school's pastoral team, and the desired candidate will be hardworking, honest, dependable and self-motivated in order to uphold the ethos, aims and values of our School and Trust.  We are an innovative team in which work is valued and there is a caring, family ethos. Our work is promoted through the values Create Furnish Achieve Teamwork ‘CFAT’

This is an important role and applicants must have a professional and discreet approach when dealing with all stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate you have skills in engagement and the ability to build positive relationships with families and communities.

Pastoral Leads are key positions within our Trust and School, responsible for the personal development and welfare of all pupils within their phase so that every child can leave the school equipped to lead a happy and successful life. 

The successful post holder will hold significant experience of working with children, young people and their families.

As a Pastoral Lead, you will be a highly motivated, organised and flexible individual who can enable students to maintain excellent learning habits and high levels of independence and resilience.

Grade 6 salary from £22,316

Working Pattern:

37 hours working 47.4640 TTW Term Time Plus 2 Weeks with one week to be worked in schools ordinary summer holiday to undertake getting ready for school programmes

Training:

You’ll receive a combination of classroom teaching and off-the-job training as you work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
